We have split our prices into two categories: Senior and Junior trainer Prices, based on your long-term financial commitment to your training. To determine which trainer best fits you, please visit our coaches page.

Every training session lasts one hour, you get weekly progress review and a discounted rate to use our exclusive gym.

IGNITE - 4 SESSIONS / month

  • One session per week is good if you're on a budget, but you should also train on your own at least once or twice more each week

APEX - 12 SESSIONS/ Month

  • 3 sessions per week: Can be useful if you have a pressing goal or want to see quick results.

    2–4 sessions per week for the first 6 weeks: A good idea if you're new to fitness or returning after a long time away.

    All sessions have to finish within a month.

OUR PACKAGES

Our programmes and price point are designed to fit around your personal schedule and preference, setting you up for long-term success. The prices are dependent on the number of sessions you would like to train per week. We offer monthly payment plan, that’s why each of the plans below are based on a one month duration on a subscription.

Our refund policy is strict because it enables us to pay our staff a fair wage, and remain accessible as a private gym. Each week we get 5-10 requests and if we were to accommodate each one, we would be forced to lower our staff wages or increase our prices - both of which we really want to avoid. Prefer to train in a group?

Join our women only 4:1 Semi - Private training group, to enjoy having a Personal Training session cost without the cost of paying for 1:1 sessions price.

These groups are small (max 4 people), fun, effective and non-intimidating, and giving you results and confidence for life.

Our bespoke online and nutrition program is the most cost-effective way of having us as your personal trainer. With an online personalised training programme you can add training into your lifestyle and workout from wherever you are, at whatever time suits you.

With our guidance you’ll see huge improvements to your health and fitness, start making progress towards your strength, fitness and physique goals with your personalised training plan built for your abilities and preferences, with simple follow-along instructions and video demos.
