  • Where do I start? I feel like a really different person and I don't say this lightly! I would have laughed out loud if, 6 months ago, someone would have told me I'd be counting down the days/hours/minutes until I could get to the gym again but this is now my reality! I found Trang on google during lockdown whilst she was 8 months pregnant and I read her bio and website and automatically felt inspired. First we trained in the park, then during isolation we trained online and now in the gym. I can say honestly, she has transformed my relationship with fitness, exercise and my body. What I feel stands Trang apart from other trainers is that she is really real. She is honest whilst being so professional and, kind and gentle whilst pushing me and oh so interesting and funny whilst keeping me on track and not letting me chat away my workout time! She has taught me so much already about how to listen to my body and how to get the best out of it, both with fitness and with nutrition. She is patient and flexible and will go out of her way to accommodate her clients' needs. I have been seeing her for 5 months and I barely think I have done the same thing twice - it is certainly never boring with Trang! I feel very fortunate to have met her and hope to continue to train with her and laugh my way through the sweat and buuurrn and continue on this journey with her. My only hesitation in writing this review is that I am not sure I want to share!! ; )

  • I have been working with Trangy for over a year and time has gone by very quickly but not unnoticed to say the least.

    I was that person that often made an excuse for not having the time or mental space to exercise. The key word being ‘was’.

    Since working with Trangy I have lost over 9 kilos, six inches from my waist, lost two dress sizes, and feel the fittest I’ve ever felt. Plus I’ve gained muscle and lost body fat. I am able to perform exercises with correct form and am now in a physical state of being able to carry out supersets that were previously a struggle. I no longer find myself missing meals to keep weight off and have built a healthy relationship with food and nutrition.

    Trang’s programme has transformed not only my physical state but also my mental outlook. She has helped me to address my body’s dynamics and helped me realise I am capable of doing much more than I ever thought possible.

    I want to take this opportunity to be completely honest with you. The sessions are difficult and they only get harder as the weeks go on. But this is okay.   • I started training with Trang on 29th September 2018 with a bid to lose weight and get stronger after constantly making this a New Year’s Resolution and it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made!

    Trang is such a knowledgeable, focused PT. She listened to all my needs and designed a personal, effective programme for me. After only training with her for a month I already saw such a dramatic difference in not only my weight but also my strength and confidence!

    With a role that requires me to spend most of my day at a desk as well as studying part-time, I had a bad habit of snacking on junk food and using my spare time to sleep. Trang designed a personal nutrition plan to help me combat my poor eating habits. I now find that I have a lot more energy and enjoy using my spare time to smash a gym session.

    Trang’s cheerful, optimistic, funny attitude has made this journey so much easier! I actually enjoy going to the gym now :O! Thank you for always pushing me and giving me a can-do attitude. You truly are a lifesaver.
