What Happens at a Personal Training Consultation?

When you get in touch with us, we’ll call or email to arrange a free, no-obligation online consultation.

During your consultation, you’ll get a tour of the studio, and your personal trainer will chat with you about your goals. We’ll carry out a detailed movement assessment and a professional body composition scan – helping to identify strengths and potential weaknesses. From there, your coach will produce a 100-day plan explaining exactly what your sessions will involve.

It’s the perfect opportunity to see if you feels like a good fit for your life.

    How often you should workout depends on a lot of factors. In fact, we've covered it in detail in our blog: "How Much Exercise Should I Do Each Day to Lose Weight?" The good news is - whatever your level of fitness, hitting the gym hard every day probably isn't the best way forward.

    Depending on your personal circumstances, working-out 2-3 times a week is usually a good place to aim for. Beyond that, our expert personal trainers will help you understand other lifestyle, fitness, rest, and nutrition factors for your week that will help you towards your goal.

    Building a realistic and achievable new attitude towards exercise is ALWAYS better than hitting the gym hard for a few weeks and then finding yourself injured or lacking motivation.

    We have a full range of bespoke gym machinery and free weights. Whatever level of strength you have or want to achieve, our boutique training facility can comfortably accommodate your needs.

  • Our clients train between 7am-8pm Monday-Friday – then 7am-6pm Saturdays. We’re closed on Sundays. If there’s a specific time slot you’d like, we’ll do our very best to accommodate you.
