About Trang

Trang is an exuberant Certified Personal Trainer with expertise in strength training, weightlifting, nutrition management, pilates and more.

Born in Vietnam, Trang has lived in the UK since the age of 15 years old and has gone through many challenging experiences that have tested her strength throughout the years which have led to her maturity and focus.

She sets the example for how adopting a healthy diet and active lifestyle can change individual lives mentally, physically, and spiritually. Trang has committed herself to a healthy life with which she herself has emerged from depths of depression and physical limitations to become the glowing motivational force she is to hundred clients.

With an equipped studio in Highbury & Islington for private workouts, I can offer a dedicated space to thrive. you and your in-house personal trainer have your own personal workout space. This beautifully prepared and presented space is exclusively yours while you train – with all the cardio, weight lifting, and mobility equipment you need. As your PT, our priority is to instill confidence so my results-driven approach is tailored to your specific needs, whether it be to lose weight, build your strength, optimise sports performance or improve your mobility.
