Our Personal Training package allows you to get individual attention tailored to your body’s needs, as well as more personalised time for goal setting and tracking. About Trang

Trang is an exuberant Certified Personal Trainer with expertise in strength training, weightlifting, nutrition management, pilates and more.

Born in Vietnam, Trang has lived in the UK since the age of 15 years old and has gone through many challenging experiences that have tested her strength throughout the years which have led to her maturity and focus.

She sets the example for how adopting a healthy diet and active lifestyle can change individual lives mentally, physically, and spiritually. Trang has committed herself to a healthy life with which she herself has emerged from depths of depression and physical limitations to become the glowing motivational force she is to hundred clients.

With an equipped studio in Highbury & Islington for private workouts, I can offer a dedicated space to thrive. you and your in-house personal trainer have your own personal workout space. This beautifully prepared and presented space is exclusively yours while you train – with all the cardio, weight lifting, and mobility equipment you need. As your PT, our priority is to instil confidence so my results-driven approach is tailored to your specific needs, whether it be to lose weight, build your strength, optimise sports performance or improve your mobility.

  • There are some 'charge-by-the-hour' personal training services that'll happily tell you to come everyday - but this most definitely isn't the case at Trang Fitness.

    How often you should workout depends on a lot of factors. In fact, we've covered it in detail in our blog: "How Much Exercise Should I Do Each Day to Lose Weight?" The good news is - whatever your level of fitness, hitting the gym hard every day probably isn't the best way forward.

    Depending on your personal circumstances, working-out 2-3 times a week is usually a good place to aim for. Beyond that, our expert personal trainers will help you understand other lifestyle, fitness, rest, and nutrition factors for your week that will help you towards your goal.

    Building a realistic and achievable new attitude towards exercise is ALWAYS better than hitting the gym hard for a few weeks and then finding yourself injured or lacking motivation.

    We have a full range of bespoke gym machinery and free weights. Whatever level of strength you have or want to achieve, our boutique training facility can comfortably accommodate your needs.

  • Our clients train between 7am-8pm Monday-Friday – then 7am-6pm Saturdays. We’re closed on Sundays. If there’s a specific time slot you’d like, we’ll do our very best to accommodate you.

  • Yes. Our facilities and elite personal trainer qualifications make us an excellent choice if you’re looking to regain mobility and fitness after an injury.

    In fact, many of our fitness coaches have completed specific fitness industry injury rehab qualifications, as well as elite level personal trainer courses. We can put together a specialist rehabilitation program and training methods that are based on your specific injury and need.

    We also have a partner business with Dr Stretch. They have specialist physiotherapists, massage therapists, and a range of injury rehab resources.

    We can work hand-in-hand too - complementing hands-on rehab therapy with gym-based sessions that suit your training style.

    We have two personal trainers with a specialist qualification in pre natal exercise and post natal training sessions.

    To complement this qualification, they also have extensive real-world experience working with fitness training clients through each trimester.
