I’m Cornell, a Personal Trainer with over eight years of experience helping people get stronger, move better, and train with confidence. My background in sports science and athletic training means I take a structured, evidence-based approach — blending strength coaching with smart movement strategies.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients, from international athletes to women starting their fitness journey. What I love most is helping women build strength they never thought possible, whether that’s learning the basics of lifting, improving technique, or hitting new personal goals.

At Lifting Ladies, my focus is on creating a supportive environment where training feels challenging but achievable — and where every woman leaves feeling more capable than when she walked in.
