Private Training Gym - Exercise in privacy with your own equipment
Queuing for equipment isn’t the best use of anyone’s time - so at Trang Fitness, you don’t have to. Here, you’ll have everything you need in your dedicated space for your focused, time-effective workout.
With your private gym exclusively yours when you’re in the studio, you don’t have to worry about privacy either. The only eyes on you will be your coaches, making sure you’re always motivated and working towards your own unique health goals.
If you find yourself away from London, don’t panic - with the Trang Fitness app, you can always be in touch with your coach, whether you’re working away, visiting another country, or eager to keep working out while on holiday.

We know gyms and personal training studios don’t always feel like the most comfortable places for women to workout - so we’re more than happy to make sure you work in private exclusively with female coaches if you’d prefer.
Every member of our team has a detailed understanding of issues that are unique to women too. From the unique challenges that come from differing hormone levels or through different times in life - such as pregnancy, menopause, and more - it can sometimes feel like personal trainers’ knowledge is limited, but we’re at the cutting edge of the science and knowledge, helping you to make sure you’re always working towards your goals in the safest, most effective way.
